The development programme for master’s supervisors strengthens the participants’ competence in master’s supervision. The programme provides insight into both practical supervision approaches, current theory and research on master’s supervision. It has a process-oriented and collegial working method where the participants focus on their own development needs, reflection on their own practice and mutual colleague observation of master’s supervision. The programme includes several compulsory and voluntary gatherings, digital learning resources, development work in cross-faculty teams, as well as two work requirements.
