Director Biography
Vittorio is a teacher / tape operator / post-producer; Eugenia is the 12 years old student / scriptwriter / player; Jacopo is the 12 y. o. outscreen voice in the Italian version; in the English version the voice belongs to Margherita.
Pedagogical value
All the works were created during indoor or outdoor school teaching activities, sometimes with homeworks (editing texts, recording audio contributions). Everyone contributed according to his/her abilities and interests.

Among the educational purposes: shared direction; discussion of the script, co-written and agreed; setting up scenes and materials; sharing of audio-video editing choices (by the teacher), criticism and correction of the final product. Class 2A (middle school / 1 grade) just finished its second year of filmmaking, going to begin the 3rd and last middle school year. Our main intention is to make our works, opinions and visions of the world known to as many people as possible.

Ocean Portrait – The children by the North Sea
This documentary is about a research and art project carried out in kindergartens in Øygarden municipality in 2022, near Bergen. In a joint project, we staged joint exploration of life in the biotope between land and sea with the aim of an aesthetic look at the sea and a local mindset and value set.
