We are delighted to announce the 27 films selected for the first edition of Tromsø Educational Film Festival 2024!

It has been a great pleasure to watch so many different films throughout these months from 20 different countries, to learn new things and to understand how important is to use film as a medium for engaging the audience in important topics. We’re very inspired and we would like to thank everyone for submitting their film to TREFF this year!
Our selection committee was impressed with the quality and diversity of the submissions they received this year. The final selection includes 27 films from 10 countries, and will be divided according to the sessions of the program and the topics that we have decided to highlight in this year’s festival.
During the festival we will give out 2 awards:
Best educational film
Best educational concept
