Konservering betyr \u00e5 behandle matvarer s\u00e5 de holder seg lengre. Dette har v\u00e6rt s\u00e6rlig viktig med matvarer som ikke er tilgjengelig hele \u00e5ret. Hun har l\u00e6rt oppskriften av sin tante, og den har dermed har g\u00e5tt i arv.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 liter blod av rein (1 flaske er 0,5 liter)<\/p>\n<p>1 kg speltmel (sammalt finmalt og sammalt grovmalt) eller annen type sammalt mel<\/p>\n<p>Krydder \u2013 salt og pepper<\/p>\n<p>6 dl Fl\u00f8te (kan ogs\u00e5 byttes ut med 6 dl buljong av rein)<\/p>\n<p>Fett fra rein \u2013 skj\u00e6res i veldig sm\u00e5 biter. Deigen skal v\u00e6re s\u00e5pass fast at tresleiva blir st\u00e5ende opp-ned n\u00e5r det plasseres midt i r\u00f8ra. Tilsett mer speltmel hvis deigen ikke er fast nok.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Formes som sm\u00e5 baller, og kokes i buljong av reinkj\u00f8tt. Buljongen skal koke forsiktig, det vil si at det skal boble litt men ikke fosskoke. Pr\u00f8v dere frem, lag en liten teste-gumppus og sjekk om det er nok fett, salt og pepper. Kokes til de kommer opp til overflaten og er ferdig. Legges p\u00e5 et fat og kan spises direkte. Gumppus spises ofte sammen med kokt reinkj\u00f8tt, tunge og margbein, potet og gulr\u00f8tter.
