Det har siden 2017 v\u00e6rt utlysninger hvert \u00e5r. De tre rundene som er gjennomf\u00f8rt s\u00e5 lang har f\u00f8rt til oppnevning av 15 meritterte undervisere. Etter at rapporten ble skrevet er det bestemt at ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8rstelektorer og dosenter skal inng\u00e5 i ordningen. Det m\u00e5 derfor utvikles kriterier for alle fem stillingskategoriene (universitetslektor, f\u00f8rsteamanuensis, f\u00f8rstelektor, dosent og professor) som i dag anvendes i UH-sektoren (l\u00e6rerstillinger holdes utenfor). Siden f\u00f8rstelektor- og dosentkategorien i utgangspunktet har en klar utdannings-\/undervisningsprofil s\u00e5 m\u00e5 det blant annet vurderes egne kriterier for disse to kategoriene. Kriteriene for alle fem kategoriene som utvikles, skal st\u00e5 i relasjon til kriteriene som finnes for pedagogisk basiskompetanse. Samtidig forventes det at kriteriene skal vektlegge et ferdighetsaspekt ved underviserrollen, slik dette kommer til uttrykk i rapporten \u00abInnsats for kvalitet\u00bb (andre avsnitt side 34).<\/p>\n<p>Ut over arbeidet med \u00e5 skape tydelige kriterier som kan brukes som grunnlag for vurderinger av merittert kompetanse s\u00e5 m\u00e5 det ogs\u00e5 arbeides med \u00e5 utvikle og etter hvert iverksette utviklingstiltak som ansatte ved UiT kan f\u00f8lge for \u00e5 kvalifisere seg til \u00e5 bli meritterte undervisere. B\u00e5de innhold og innretting p\u00e5 slike tiltak m\u00e5 beskrives og vurderes. I rapportens kapittel 4.1.7 gis det for eksempel tanker om slike tiltak kan gis som utdanning osv.<\/p>\n<p>Ut fra beskrivelsene over skal arbeidsgruppen som settes ned og som skal ledes av en prosjektleder arbeide med f\u00f8lgende:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utvikle kriterier for alle fem stillingskategoriene.\n<ul>\n<li>Disse skal st\u00e5 i forhold til kriterier for pedagogisk basiskompetanse.<\/li>\n<li>Disse skal vektlegge ferdighetsaspekter, mer enn kunnskapsaspekter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Komme med forslag til tiltak, utviklingsprogrammer og metoder som kan bidra til at s\u00e5 mange som mulig av UiT sine fagansatte b\u00e5de \u00f8nsker og f\u00e5r anledning til en karriereutvikling der undervisningskompetanse vektlegges mer.<\/li>\n<li>Vurdere hvordan arbeidet med merittering kan forankres best mulig p\u00e5 fakultets- og instituttniv\u00e5 i samarbeid med UB ved Result.<\/li>\n<li>Arbeide med \u00e5 lage systemer\/ordninger for s\u00f8knadsprosedyrer og rutiner for godkjenning av meritterte fagansatte.
