UNIPED-600 DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Research
supervision

Do you supervise PhD students? Result offers a development program where you get inspiration and work together in a team with supervisors from diverse supervision cultures at UiT.

The program has a process-oriented and collegial work format, which also adresses the participants’ specific development needs. Great emphasis is placed on collegial experiences and learning. Through the program, participants develop knowledge, skills and general competencies on research supervision.

The program will enable you to meet the UiT requirements for its research superviors (applies to both main and co-supervisors).

Participation requires that you are an active main or co-supervisor for at least one PhD-student during the program period.

The program is offered in both Norwegian and English. Register below to participate in the English version of the program. For registration in Norwegian, please visit the Norwegian website for the program.

Registration for the 2024-2025 program session is now open. The registration deadline is June 21, 2024, at 12:00 PM.
